This is a real inbox that is read by the team that operates the site. There is no ticket system and no phone line — email is the only support channel, and it is enough for everything below.
What to put in your message
| Subject | Use it for | Please include |
|---|---|---|
Support: |
Something on the site is not working as you expect. | The page URL, what you did, what happened, and your browser. |
Bug: |
A reproducible defect in the generator or dashboard. | The content type and options you used, and the exact steps to repeat it. |
Privacy: |
Access, correction, deletion or portability of your data. | The email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm control of it. |
Abuse: |
A QR code made here that points at something harmful or unlawful. | The code's URL or image, and where you found it. |
Business: |
Partnerships, press or advertising enquiries. | A short description of what you have in mind. |
Response times
We aim to reply within two business days. Abuse and security reports are looked at sooner. Because QR Studio is a free service run by a small team, we cannot promise a fix on any particular schedule, but every message is read.
Account deletion
To delete your account and everything saved in it, email us from the address you signed up with and ask. We will confirm when it is done. Deleting your account removes your saved QR codes and your login; it does not affect any code you have already downloaded, because those files live on your own device and do not depend on our servers.
Before you write
Two things answer a lot of questions without waiting for a reply:
- A code will not scan. Almost always a size, contrast or quiet-zone problem. The QR code guide has a checklist for exactly this.
- You have hit the free limit. Signed-out visitors get three codes, and a new account keeps that limit until its email address is verified. Verifying unlocks unlimited generation — see email verification.
